Ingredients
2 Ounces Wild turkey 101 Bourbon
.50 Ounces simple syrup
4-5 Mint leaves
2 tender fresh mint sprigs, for garnish
Directions
In the bottom of a julep cup or serving glass, muddle the mint leaves with the simple syrup. Fill the cup with crushed ice and add the bourbon. Swirl with a bar spoon until the outside of the cup frosts. Top up with more ice and garnish with the mint sprigs.
