How It Works
Step 1: Free Quote. Send the event date, venue, guest count, hours of service, and the bar style you’re running. We respond within 24 hours with an itemized rental quote, sized to your actual event.
Step 2: Booking & Confirmation. Once you confirm, we lock the inventory for your date. We coordinate delivery timing with you (and your venue if relevant).
Step 3: Delivery & Setup. Our team delivers the equipment 1–4 hours before the event starts. If needed, we’ll set the glassware and bar pieces in place; otherwise we drop and run.
Step 4: Event Day & Pickup. Your bartender uses the equipment. We pick up either at the end of the night or the next business morning, depending on the venue. Broken or missing glassware is billed at standard replacement rates.

What happens if a glass breaks or goes missing?
Some breakage is normal — we plan for it. The first 10–15% of breakage on each glass style is included in your rental price. Beyond that, broken or missing items are billed at standard replacement rates (we’ll share the rate sheet upfront so there are no surprises on the final invoice).
