How It Works

Step 1: Free Consultation & Site Visit (if needed). Send the festival date, venue, projected attendance, sponsor list, and bar layout. For large festivals, we’ll do a site visit to scope load-in, power, water, and bar placement. We respond within 24 hours with a quote.

Step 2: Planning & Permit Coordination. 4–8 weeks ahead, we coordinate with you, the venue, and the city on temporary event liquor permits, electrical and water hookups, and load-in timing. We design the bartender team and the bar station layout based on projected per-hour drink volume.

Step 3: Festival Day Setup. Our team arrives 2–4 hours before gates with the bars, glassware, ice, mixers, and product. We assemble every bar station, run pre-shift with bartenders, and confirm sponsor activations and signage placement.

Step 4: Service, Cash Reconciliation, Breakdown. Bartenders run service throughout the festival. If your bars are cash or token, we reconcile every station at the end of the night. We break down quickly and load out before the cleanup crew arrives.

We work alongside the festival producer on permit coordination, but the temporary event liquor permit must be issued to the festival itself (the producer or venue), not to us. We provide all the documentation our license and insurance require for the permit application, and we coordinate with city and venue contacts.
