Step 2: Booking & Uniform Standards.
Once you confirm, we lock the staff team for your date. Two weeks before the event, we coordinate uniform standards (all-black, branded shirts, themed costumes), arrival times, and any specific event protocols.

Step 3: Day-Before Confirmation.

Can you provide staff in branded shirts or themed uniforms for our event?
Yes. We coordinate with you on uniform standards two weeks before the event. For corporate events and brand activations, branded shirts are common (you can supply them or we can source). For themed events (luau, gala, retro), staff can dress to match. For weddings and formal events, all-black or white shirt/black pants is standard.

Do you provide a captain or lead for our event?
