Step 1: Free Cocktail Consultation. Send us the event date, venue, guest count, and what you want the cocktail menu to feel like. We respond within 24 hours with a quote and an initial cocktail menu concept based on your event.
Step 2: Menu Design & Spirit Sourcing. 4–6 weeks before the event, we refine the cocktail menu, send you proofs of the printed menu cards, and (for events where we source alcohol) finalize the spirit selection. We’ll also do a tasting session if your event calls for it.
Step 3: Event Day Setup & Pre-Service Tasting. Our team arrives 60–90 minutes before guests with the bars, glassware, ice, garnishes, and premium spirits. Every signature cocktail is taste-tested by the lead bartender before guests arrive — no surprises during service.

For most events, the host supplies the alcohol (it’s the cost-effective approach) and we’ll send a shopping list with specific bottle recommendations based on your menu. For white-glove events (brand activations, premium weddings) we can source premium and rare spirits directly — quoted separately.
