2.50 Ounces Bluecoat American Dry Gin
.50 Ounces Preserved lime juice, preferably Rose’s or Angostura
Pour Gin and lime juice into a shaker.Shake well with ice.Strain into a coupe or martini glass.Garnish with a lime wedge or wheel.
