Ingredients

1 ounce Cruzan aged rum

1.50 ounces Appleton Estate Reserve Blend Jamaica Rum

1 ounce Lemon Hart 151 proof Demerara Rum

1 ounce Joseph Cartron Curacao Orange

.50 ounces John D. Taylor’s Velvet Falernum

.75 ounces Lime juice

.50 ounces Don’s Mix

.25 ounces Grenadine, Homemade or Store-bought

2 Dashes of Angostura bitters

1 Dash of Absinthe

Half cup Cracked Ice

1 Sprig of fresh mint for garnish

Directions

Assemble all the ingredients (except the garnish) in a blender and blend for 7 seconds.Pour into a chimney glass and garnish with the mint sprig.

To make Don’s Mix, dissolve 1 part cinnamon sugar into 2 parts white grapefruit juice.
